What does delivery cost?
Give us a call (1.866.381.4072) to get a quick quote on shipping. Our shipping rates are low because we have access to over twenty-five freight companies that give us discounts from 53% to 78%.
Because of these quantity discounts, we are able to ship your decking much less expensively than other companies.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery to locations on the East Coast typically takes 1-2 days.
Delivery to locations on the West Coast typically takes 5-7 days.
Who unloads my decking from the delivery truck?
When your order arrives at your home or business you or your contractor will have to unload the truck,
but we make it easy for you.
By providing you accurate shipping dates, tracking numbers nd carrier contact information,
you will know the ETA days in advance of arrival.
Plus, the carrier will call you to make a delivery appointment so you can plan for the exact day to receive your new floor.
If you are receiving an order at your home, you must have a crew present to unload the truck. The truckdriver will push your material to the end of the cab, and then you take over from there.
Do you provide samples?
Yes we do! We will send up to 3 samples free of charge.
If you need more, we will be pleased to assist you. Each additional sample is $5.00, including shipping charges.
