Do you accept online orders?
No. We need to speak with you directly on the phone to finalize your order. Why? Buying flooring is not like buying an airline ticket, a book, or a pair of jeans! We want to speak with you to make sure your flooring will be exactly what you want.

What does delivery cost?
Give us a call (1-866-381-4072) to get a quick quote on shipping. Our shipping rates are LOW because.we have access to over twenty-five freight companies that give us discounts from 53% to 78%. Because of these quantity discounts, we are able to ship your flooring much less expensively than other flooring companies.

Who unloads my flooring from the delivery truck?
When your order arrives at your home or business you or your contractor will have to unload the truck, but we make it easy for you. By providing you accurate shipping dates, tracking #’s and carrier contact information, you will know the ETA days in advance of arrival. Plus, the carrier will call you to make a delivery appointment so you can plan for the exact day to receive your new floor.

Is your flooring laminate or solid wood?
We sell only solid wood, not laminate or engineered flooring.

How big is a bundle/carton? How much does it weigh?
The size of each bundle will depend upon the width and species of wood purchased, but generally the bundles contain between 17sq. ft. and 22 sq. ft, are about 7’ long, and weigh between 60lbs. and 85 lbs.

How is a bundle/carton packaged?
Your order will arrive on a pallet and be comprised of several individually wrapped bundles. The bundles are standard size with each bundle containing an equivalent square footage. The number of bundles you receive will depend upon the size of your order.

Do you provide samples?
Yes we do! We will send up to 3 samples free of charge. If you need more, we will be pleased to assist you. Each additional sample is $5.00, including shipping charges.
